Heyyy!! Happy morning.. :-)
So how about Bhindi, the ladyfinger! I'm sure many of you'll are bhindi lovers..There are lot of varieties to use bhindi in your daily food, today i'm putting up the Dry bhindi sabzi recipe here! and i'm sure spicy lovers will love this.. :-)
Ingredients:
  1. Ladyfinger 1/2 kg
  2. Green Chilly 2-3
  3. Onion medium 2-3
  4. Curry Leaves
  5. Red chilly powdered 2 tsp
  6. Dhania Powder 1 tbsp
  7. Jeera powder 1 tbsp
  8. Amchur Powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1 tbsp
  10. Coriander Leaves for garnish
  11. Salt as per your taste.
Method:
  • Cut the bhindis into small diamond shape/normal round shape.
  • Chop the onions and chilies lengthy.
  • keep all the masala powders ready.
  • Fry the bhindis untill the stickiness is gone and keep aside.
  • In a pan put bit oil, heat and add jeera wait until a splatter then      add the onions and chillies;
  • Fry the onions till translucent.
  • Add all the Masala powders.
  • Fry and add bhindis.
  • Keep on flame for 5 mins then bring down the pan.
Spicy bhindi sabzi is Ready to Serve!! :-) ENJOY with Chapathi's and Roti's.
Note:
  • You can use tamarind water while frying the bhindi, it removes     the stickiness in bhindi very soon and easily.
  • Dont overcook the bhindi while frying it will break.
  • You can always vary the spiciness by reducing green chilly or eliminating it and add only chilly powder or vice-versa.

Yummy Tomato Soup!! :-)

Soups are the best, specially in these rainy time…Hmmm yummm!! many soups are in the list but tomato soups is always at the TOP! yeaa today i’m posting recipe of homemade tomato soup..zing!!
Ingredients:
  1. Tomato (4-5)
  2. Ginger (a small piece)
  3. Green chilly (2)
  4. Pepper (powdered)
  5. Garlic (2 bits)
  6. Salt ( as per taste)
  7. Corn flour (1-2 Tbs)
  8. Coriander (for garnishing)
Procedure:
  1. Put the tomatoes to boiling water and keep it on flame for a while until the tomato skin starts getting peeled up.
  2. Peel the skin of tomatoes.
  3. Let it cool a bit, then grind the tomatoes with ginger,garlic,green chilly.
  4. Take a sauce net and pour the mixture, it removes all the rough contents.
  5. Keep the mixture on flame and bring to boil, add cornstarch, pepper and salt.
  6. Add coriander leaves and garnish.
Tada!! The yummy Tomato soup is ready!! :-) Enjoy..

My first recipe!! shubh arambh kuch meethe se ho jaye :-)

APPLE HALWA!

An apple a day keeps the doctor away...am sure all of u have heard this alot of time..but how many actually like eating apples daily!! a few may be..here is a exotic recipe of delicious sweet made out of apples apples and apples....

INGREDIENTS:


  • Apples (grated 1 cup)
  • Sugar (one cup)
  • Almonds 20
  • Ghee ( a little)
  • Elaichi ( flavouring)

Method:


  • Peel the apple skin and Grate them
  • Grind the almonds roughly, don't make it nice powdered.
  • Take a pan and add ghee to it, heat a bit
  • Add the grated apple to it and let it be in steam or fry it until the water content goes low.
  • later, add sugar ( sugar should be equal to grated apples measurement)
  • After a while you can see the change in consistency then add coarsely grounded almonds to it 
  • add powdered elaichi.
  • Stir and  let it be until you get thick consistency.
  • you can serve this as halwa or make a bit more consistent to get pieces by frying it a bit more.
  • grease a plate and cut to pieces and enjoy the apple halwa! tada...
Note: Dont take hard apples, you will not get pieces. and also make sure you dont overcook since it may become like string.
